The Regal 28 Express is a compact cabin cruiser offering luxury and comfort on the water. The sun pad on the bow and the transom seating means there’s plenty of space to catch some rays. Below deck there’s a large cabin with an enclosed head and two separate berths.  The 33 Express is powered by twin 560 hp, 600 hp or 700 hp Volvo diesels.
